Freycinet Air has been providing a regular service to the 'Tasmanian Department of Primary Industries and Water' by monitoring the migratory patterns of whales along the East Coast of Tasmania.
We have been involved with the University of Tasmania in the aerial tracking of Tasmanian Devils fitted with radio tracking devices by utilising an aircraft fitted with special tracking instrumentation.
We have been working with Tasmanian Fisheries and the University of Tasmania conducting surveys to monitor the activity of crayfishing in the coastal waters of South Eastern Tasmania.
